
The University Center of Veterinary Medicine of the Jagiellonian University – University of Agriculture in Cracow, together with the Provincial Veterinary Inspectorate in Poznań, the Section of Swine Physiology and Pathology of the Polish Society of Veterinary Sciences and the Institute of Animal Science in Cracow invite you to take part in the 12th National Scientific Conference "Reminiscences of the ESPHM congress in Budapest – ways to reduce the use of antibiotics: management, nutrition, immunoprophylaxis", which will be held at the Mielżyński Palace in Pawłowice near Leszno on October 7, 2022.
Registration
To register, please submit the form and transfer the registration fee to the account below. The fee is respectively:
· 300 PLN + tax (369 PLN in total)
for on-site participants (lectures, conference materials)
· 150 PLN + tax (184,50 PLN in total)
for webinar participants (online lectures only)
Due to safety protocols, the capacity of the event is limited, subject to registration order.
The fee doesn't cover transportation or accommodation.
In the event of failure to host the conference either on site (for safety reasons,) we reserve the right to host the entire event as a webinar or cancel it altogether. The guest will be informed about all the changes via email. Participants might then decide to either attend online (and receive the difference in participation fee back) or cancel their registration entirely (receiving a full refund).
